Piyatida Pianluprasidh has worked at the School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University since 2006. Her background is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her work included various aspects of organizational behavior and human resource management. For the past 15 years, she has worked with Thailand's International Labor Development Department in planning courses and training personnel in various industries. Her research interest focuses on understanding human behavior in entrepreneurial settings and how to enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurial ventures to foster sustainable growth. She has been actively engaging in the quality assurance committee at the institution and program levels.

Asst. Prof. Dr.Apisom Intralawan is an interdisciplinary researcher and a lecturer of Ecological Economics, School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai, Thailand. His work focuses on ecosystem service valuation, economic assessment, water-energy-food nexus tradeoffs in the Lower Mekong Basin, and capacity building for riparian communities to increase resilience and adaptation to development impacts and climate change. He received his PhD in Natural Resources from University of Vermont, USA. He holds a M.Eng (Industrial and Management) and a M.Sc (Ecological Economics) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA. He receives his B. Eng in industrial engineering from Kasetsart University.

Julie Lee is a Professor in Marketing and the Director of the Centre for Human and Cultural Values at the University of Western Australia’s Business School. She teaches international marketing, consumer behaviour and research methods. Her research focuses on values theory, measurement and expression. Most recently she has been exploring the complex relations between values and behaviour. Julie has published widely in the fields of psychology, marketing and tourism management. Her latest text book is on International and Cross-Cultural Business and Marketing, with Jean-Claude Usunier and Vas Taras, which was published with Sage in 2023.

Lee Slater is the Director of Old Dominion University’s World Cultural Studies degree program. She holds a PhD from Brown University, and brings her teaching experience—in France, Rwanda, Senegal, and Japan—to the classroom at ODU, where she currently teaches Global Communication for International Business as well as Human Rights in World Cultures. In her courses and writing-based intercultural training workshops, students learn effective communication skills as well as problem-solving techniques based on intercultural awareness and competence. Her current research explores the transformative nature of forms of cultural expression around the globe as they serve to create spaces for dialogue, interrogation of identity, and conflict resolution.

Peter Resch is a lecturer in International Business at the College of Business and Associate Chair of the Department of Finance at the University of Central Florida (UCF). He teaches courses in International Business at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels. For the Executive MBA program, Dr. Resch also organizes the International Residency – a one-week intensive immersion program in countries around the world. He has taught courses at the University of Wisconsin, the IQS School of Management (Barcelona, Spain), University of Applied Sciences (Kufstein, Austria), the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Monterrey, Mexico), and Franklin University (Lugano, Switzerland). Dr. Resch has more than 15 years of international management and consulting experience in Europe, the US, and Latin America. He holds a BBA degree from Baruch College (New York, USA), an MBA from ESADE Business School (Barcelona, Spain), and a Ph.D. from IQS School of Management (Barcelona, Spain).

Nichan Singhaputargun is a lecturer at the Department of International Development, School of Social Innovation, Mae Fah Luang University. His specialization is Peace and Conflict Studies with the interested areas; Thailand, GMS and ASEAN. He published several academic articles such as "Thailand-Cambodia Preah Vihear Temple Dispute: Its Past, Present and Future", Civil Movement and Human Insecurity : A Case from Thailand", and "In Search of Democracy with a National Characteristic: Thailand's Current Political Conflict". At the administrative level, he served as the Acting Director of Asian Research Center for International Development and the Acting Head of Global Relations Division of Mae Fah Luang University. His current research is “A Study Thai Constitution in the Perspective of Conflict Transformation'' and "Alternative Approaches in Handling Transboundary Haze in Upper ASEAN".

Kevalin Setthakorn is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Business, Logistics, and Transportation at Thammasat Business School, Thailand. She received her PhD degree in management from Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan. Her research interests encompass the fields of international business, human resource management, and organisation behaviour.

Nattapan Kongbuamai is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the School of Management and also holds the role of Chairperson for the Economics Major and the Office of Border Economy and Logistics Study (OBELS) at Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. Thus, he is a researcher in the Tourism, Hospitality, and Event (TH&E) Research Group, at Mae Fah Luang University. He obtained a Ph.D. in applied economics from the Beijing Institute of Technology, China. His research areas of interest are development economics, border economy and logistic study, tourism economics, special economic zone economy, and sustainability. Recently, he has served as a senior expert/consultant on: (1) “Thailand Local Economic Development of the Border Areas Study” in 2024 conducted in collaboration with the World Bank Group, United States. (2) “Sustainability Impact Assessment: free trade agreement between the EFTA States and Thailand” in 2023 conducted in collaboration with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), United Kingdom, This project has been commissioned by European Free Trade Association, Switzerland, (3) “Thailand Master Plan for Border Economy and Supply Chain” in 2023 conducted in collaboration with the Chulalongkorn University, Thailand funded by the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Board, Thailand. (4) “Thailand Master Plan for Creative Economy” in 2022 conducted in collaboration with the Prince of Songkla University, Thailand funded by the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Board, Thailand.

Dhruv is a Lecturer, Research Fellow, and Ph.D. candidate in Management at NEOMA Business School. He is also the Program Director of the X-Culture Coaching Program. Dhruv has held various roles within X-Culture, including student, coach, analyst, administrator, coordinator, and Director of the Coaching Program. As an active member of the X-Culture Research Interest Group, he works on projects in technology adoption, leadership, gender studies, mindset, and management education. Dhruv's research interests focus on AI and workplace communication, particularly how AI-based technologies influence global management competencies. His work involves exploring the broader implications of generative AI on team dynamics, communication effectiveness, and ethical considerations in global teams. He is developing and testing theoretical models to understand the cognitive impacts of generative AI and examining the role of human-AI collaboration in enhancing team interactions and organizational relationships.

Chun Jiang is Chinese and living in Thailand. Currently a Ph.D candidate, he has been working as a lecturer at the School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University for over six years. His early career started in southern Africa, where he worked as an administrative manager in two Chinese companies before he turned to the academic path in 2015. His research interest is consumer behavior, especially in the couple relationship context. He teaches service design, cross-cultural communication, and marketing courses.

Donlapron Suwanthep is a lecturer in tourism business and events at Mae Fah Luang University. She worked as a research assistant before joining academia in 2021. Her areas of interest are tour business operations, sustainable tourism, and accessible tourism.
