Nancy Milani, CEM-AP, CMP, is an engaging and collaborative leader with extensive experience in event management. She has created, produced and executed over 350 corporate events, conferences, trade and consumer shows, professional sporting events, political forums, galas and association fundraisers. Nancy is active on numerous industry boards and committees including the Canadian Association of Exhibition Management (CAEM) and the Education Committee with IAEE. She shares her passion for the industry by facilitating Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) courses for IAEE in Canada, the United States and Asia.

Ryan Lovell, CEM-AP is a trade show veteran with nearly 30 years in the industry. Encompassing a wide scope of experience from custom displays, I&D, and graphics, to exhibition management, design, fabrication, and logistics, Ryan has learned from myriad disciplines. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Spanish and Business. Currently serving as CEM Commission Vice Chair (2020-2021), Ryan continues to stay active as Governance Director of the IAEE DFW Chapter board of directors, and member of the Expo! Expo! Advisory Committee.

Charlotte Pearson, CEM, joined T3 Expo as the Vice President of Sales- Western Region, in October 2020, and is working out of their flagship facility in Henderson, NV. Charlotte is actively working with Western Region CVB’s and hotel partners to assist in achieving their mutual clients’ success. She is responsible for sales management, strategic sales planning, and pre/show site/post show support on over 30 tradeshows per year. Charlotte has been an active member of IAEE since 1992 and was the 2015 Chair of the CEM Commission. Charlotte also served on the IAEE Education Committee for several years and eventually chaired the committee. Charlotte is a CEM International Faculty member and teaches several times a year in the US, as well as internationally in Taiwan, Thailand, India and Korea.

At present, Talun hold the position of Managing Director Siam Alliance Management Company Limited (Venue Management ) and Management Royal Paragon Hall and TRUE ICON HALL. Past President of Thai Exhibition Association and at present hold as Vice President of Thai Exhibition Association and Assistant Secretary General to AFECA ( Asia Federal of Exhibition Convention Association ) 35 years in the industry of Hospitality , Hotel and Exhibition and Convention Center also Speaker and special instructor for Rungsit University and Panalist for corporate and institution in Bangkok and MICE city. Talun have worked in New Zealand for Christchurch Convention Center , Performing Art of Christchurch Town Hall and The Westpac Arena in 1997 – 2000 and worked in Australia the city of Sydney as Maitre D for Fine Dinning Restaurant in Western of Paramatta call Parkroyal Hotel in the year of 1985– 1990.

Duangdej Yuaikwarmdee is currently a director of Corporate Strategy Development Department atThailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). Before Joining TCEB, he worked over 14 years atReed Tradex Company, ASEAN’s leading exhibition organizer, a member of Reed Exhibitions, as adeputy Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer. He has intensive experiences with marketing and sales management, budgeting, new show launchand international interaction in exhibition industry. He had appointed as one of professional speakers for annual sales and marketing academy organized by Reed Exhibition - Asia Pacific region, for a couple times and also a speaker for TCEB Academic Programmes such as Coach the Coaches. Inaddition, he has invited as a visiting lecturer for MICE curriculum.

Mrs. Supawan Teerarat is Senior Vice President ; Strategic Business Development & Innovation at Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau. She has been working with TCEB for over 10 years. Currently, she is heading seven departments which more concentrate on the development, enhancement and facilitating for the MICE industry together with bringing new innovatiion to TCEB and MICE. Before joining TCEB , she was in Exhibition and convention industries for over 20 years, with full experiences as Professional Exhibition Orgainser - BITEC, Venue Management-QSNCC, Trade Representative of Messe Frankfurt & HKTDC and 3 years as Thai hotel chain management with APRIME, working with Diethelm Travel and starting her career as full time instructor at Assumption University and Jewelry exporting business before joining the MICE, travel and hospitalitiy business as abovementioned.

Pravit has joined Kingsmen C.M.T.I. PCL since 2003 one year after the company joining with Kingsmen group in Singapore. He has been responsible for marketing and operation unit for exhibition and event business at that time. And for the past decade, he heads the company under the roles of managing director for overall business units. Before joining Kingsmen C.M.T.I. he was deputy managing director for Reed Tradex Company in Thailand to oversee and be responsible for the bottom line of business units for several industries trade shows. He was the former president of Thai Exhibition Association (TEA) during 2011-2012, after serving the association as secretary general for years. Currently he was re-elected to be president of the association for the next two years term 2021-2022. During his terms at TEA, he has many opportunities to speak to industry professional, to lecture for university students as well as at UFI’s international forum overseas.
